Purified, NS0-derived, recombinant human MIS RII extracellular domain (rhMIS RII).

Extracellular Domain

Recognizes human MIS RII, extracellular domain. Shows approximately 40% cross-reactivity with rrMIS RII, and less than 1% cross-reactivity with rhTGF- RI, RII, RIII and RIIB.

• Western blot (0.1 - 0.2 µg/ml)

Suitable for use in Western blot: 0.1-0.2 ug/ml with the appropriate secondary reagents to detect human MIS RII. The detection limit for rhMIS RII is approximately 5 ng/lane and 1 ng/lane under non-reducing and reducing conditions, respectively. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.

Lyophilized powder from PBS, 2.5mg BSA

1ml sterile TBS, pH 7.3, (20mM Tris Base, 150mM sodium chloride), 0.1% BSA.

Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20°C. Stable for 1 year at -20°C. Reconstitute by adding sterile 40-50% glycerol, aliquot and store at -20°C.
