Product Ordering Terms and Conditions

Availability: LSBio products are available worldwide (Worldwide Distributor List). Questions regarding product availability should be made to LSBio Customer Support.

Ordering: Orders can be submitted using the "Submit Order" button in the Shopping Cart, via phone, via FAX, or by email to Orders@LSBio.com. Orders should include the product catalog number(s), unit quantity desired, and the following contact information.

Important: Orders are filled strictly on the supplied product catalog numbers. In the event that a supplied product catalog number does not match other supplied information, such as a description, the order will be filled on the product catalog number.

Method of Payment: LSBio accepts purchases by Purchase Order (P.O.) number or by credit card (Visa/MasterCard/American Express/Discover only). Orders will not be processed until LSBio receives complete P.O. or credit card information.

Dry Ice Shipments:

Shipping Conditions: Depending upon the nature of the individual products, LSBio products may be shipped at ambient temperature, 4˚C, or on dry ice. In some cases products are shipped in insulated containers with ice packs in order to reduce the time the products are exposed to ambient temperatures. It is expected that upon receipt the temperature of these products will be ambient. We have found that our products are stable when shipped under these conditions. International shipments of antibodies are shipped at ambient temperature. Domestic shipments of dry ice also include one or more gel packs so that in the rare event that upon receipt all of the dry ice has sublimated, the temperature of the product will remain adequately cool. Upon receipt, end-users should remove all products from their shipping containers and store them under the recommended storage conditions as defined in each individual product’s datasheet or manual.

Customs: It is the responsibility of the purchaser to work with the Customs agency within the destination country to ensure efficient delivery; LSBio is not responsible for delays due to customs.

Holiday Shipping:

Payment Terms: Invoices are issued once the order is shipped. Full payment is due within 30 days of invoice date.

Duties & Taxes: The payments made to LSBio by Customer under this Agreement do not include applicable retail sales, use, duties or similar taxes. Customer shall be responsible for paying all applicable retail sales, use, duties or similar taxes imposed on Customer or LSBio with respect to the products provided by LSBio to Customer under this Agreement. Customer shall reimburse and hold LSBio harmless for any retail sales, use, duties or similar taxes, plus any interest and penalties, imposed or assessed against LSBio by any taxing jurisdiction with respect to the products provided by LSBio to Customer under this Agreement.

Returns & Refunds: Any problems associated with the shipment of LSBio products, such as receipt of incorrect catalog number products, damaged packaging, or inaccurate volumes, must be reported to LSBio within 10 days of receipt. Customer must obtain written authorization from LSBio in order to return a product. Return authorizations may be requested from LSBio Customer Support (Customer.Support@LSBio.com). If an error by LSBio results in shipment of an incorrect order, LSBio will, at its option, either ship a replacement order at no charge, or credit the customer's account for the original product shipped in error. Due to their perishable nature, some products may not be eligible for returns.

Product performance is of the upmost importance to LSBio. If a product does not perform as specified on the product datasheet or manual, please contact LSBio Technical Support (Technical.Support@LSBio.com) within 6 months of antibody delivery and our scientific staff will work with you to resolve performance issues.

Information supplied with each product is believed to be accurate, but no warranty or guarantee is offered for the products, because the ultimate conditions of use are beyond LSBio's control.
