Recombinant extracellular human CD272.

Antibody from clone ANC6E9 binds to CD272 on the cell surface of human PBMC in Flow cytometry, and to recombinant CD272-muIg in EIA.

Five x 105 human peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMC) per tube were washed and incubated 45 minutes on ice with 80 ul of anti-CD272/APC at a 1:50 dilution (10 ug/ml). Cells were washed three times, fixed and analyzed by FACS. Cells stained positive with a mean shift of 0.89 log10 fluorescent units when compared to Mouse IgG1/APC Isotype Control. Binding was blocked when cells were pre incubated 10 minutes with 20 ul of 0.5 mg/ml anti-CD272 antibody. ELISA: Use for capture. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
