Recognizes human Cannabinoid Receptor 1 (CB1). The immunogen shows no significant sequence homology with CB2 or other receptors. Species cross-reactivity: Human. The immunogen peptide is 100% conserved in rat, mouse, feline, monkey, zebra finch, newt (salamander) and 85% in pufferfish.

Usage
Suitable for use in Western Blot, ELISA. Western Blot: 1-10 ug/ml using ECL. ELISA: 1:10000-1:100000 using 50-100 ng control peptide per well.
