Specificity
Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-Alkaline Phosphatase (calf intestine), anti-Goat Serum, Armenian Hamster and Armenian Hamster Serum. Diminished reactivity will occur with Golden Syrian Hamster IgG.

Suitable for use in Western Blot, ELISA and Immunohistochemistry. Western Blot: 1:500-1:2500. ELISA: 1:2000-1:10000. Immunohistochemistry: 1:200-1:1000. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
