Block: In a functional ELISA which immobilized recombinant Human ß-NGF at 2 ug/ml (100 µL/well) in the plate, the Rabbit Anti-Human ß-NGF Monoclonal Antibody can block the binding of 1 ug/ml of biotinylated Human NTRK1 Protein to human ß-NGF, the EC50 is 0.90 ug/ml. Neutralization: The neutralization activity of ß-NGF Neutralizing Antibody is Measured by its ability to neutralize ß-NGF induced proliferation in the TF-1 human erythroleukemic cell line. The Neutralization titer (IC50) is typically 17-70 ng/mL in the presence of 220 ng/mL Recombinant Human ß-NGF. Please Note: Optimal concentrations/dilutions should be determined by the end user.
