Suitable for use in Direct ELISA, Western Blot and Immunocytochemistry. Direct ELISA: 0.5-1.0 ug/ml detection limit for rhNotch-1 IC is ~3 ng/well. Western Blot: 1-2 ug/ml detection limit for rhNotch-1 IC is ~25 ng/lane under non-reducing and reducing conditions. Immunocytochemistry: 10 ug/ml. For SAOS2 osteosarcoma cells, cells were fixed with PBS containing 4% paraformaldehyde for 20min at RT and blocked with PBS containing 10% normal donkey serum, 0.1% Triton X-100 and 1% BSA for 45 min at RT. After blocking, cells were incubated with primary antibody overnight at 4?C followed by fluorochrome-coupled anti-mouse IgG at RT in the dark for 1 hour. Between each step, cells were washed with PBS containing 0.1% BSA.

Lyophilized PBS, 5% Trehalose
