Placental membrane.
Specificity
Recognizes human placental alkaline phosphate, a 67kD isoform expressed in trophoblast cells of normal human placenta, in seminomas and in ovarian carcinoma. The 3H2834 antibody has been widely used in immunolocalization studies of germ cell tumors and may also be used in ELISA based assays for the measurement of soluble PLAP.

Usage
Suitable for use in Immunohistochemistry, ELISA. and Flow Cytometry. Flow Cytometry: 10 ug/ml Use 10 ul of the suggested working dilution to label 1E6 cells in 100ul. Immunohistochemistry: Frozen sections. Not recommended for use on paraffin sections. Positive control: Placenta, seminoma.
