Neutralization: The neutralization activity of TNFR1/TNFRSF1A Neutralizing Antibody is Measured by its ability to neutralize TNFR1/TNFRSF1A-mediated inhibition of cytotoxicity in the L-929 mouse fibroblast cell line. The Neutralization titer (IC50) is typically 0.5-1. 5 µg/mL in the presence of 0.3 ug/ml Recombinant Human TNFR1/TNFRSF1A, 0.2 ng/mL Recombinant Human TNFa and 1 µg/mL actinomycin D. Please Note: Optimal concentrations/dilutions should be determined by the end user.
