ImmPACT™ AMEC Red chromogen can be used for both manual and automated staining methods. Stained slides must be aqueously mounted because the reaction product is soluble in organic solvents. Precipitated ImmPACT™ AMEC Red is stable for at least 2 years when mounted in VectaMount™ AQ (LS-J1038). ImmPACT™ AMEC Red consists of 120 ml of diluent and concentrated stock solutions of ImmPACT™ reagents in convenient dropper bottles.
