Description
GPR160/GPCR150 is an Orphan-A GPCR with an unknown ligand. It has been linked to the neuropathic pain phenotype as well as to apoptosis and cell cycle arrest in prostate cancer. It is expressed in a variety of tissues, including the parathyroid gland, and is cytoplasmic and membranous in localization.
