G Protein-Coupled Receptor GPR110 is a GPCR targeted by N-docosahexaenoylethanolamine (DHA), a fatty acid essential for brain development. GPR110 is a receptor involved in mediating the bioactivity of synaptamides in a cAMP dependent manner, and is involved in promoting neurogenesis and synaptogenesis. It has also been implicated as an oncogene in lung and prostate cancer.
