Chemokine (C-C motif) receptor 10 (CCR10) is a chemokine receptor that binds CCL27 and CCL28. CCR10-CCL27 interactions are involved in T cell-mediated skin inflammation (Homey et al., 2002 [PubMed 11821900]). In immunohistochemistry, CCL27 has membranous positivity on melanocytes in the skin, plasma cells and T cells, and is found in the central nervous system, gastrointestinal tract, muscle, endocrine tissues and the lung.
