Lyophilized from a sterile solution in 10 mM Tris-HCl, pH 8.0, 100 mM NaH2PO4, 100 mM imidazole, 1% Sucrose.
Reconstitution
Centrifuge the vial before opening. Reconstitute in sterile deionized water or PBS to 0.5-1 mg/ml.
Storage
