Lyophilized from a 0.2 µm filtered solution of 20mM Tris,150mM NaCl,pH8.0. Normally 5 % - 8 % trehalose, mannitol and 0.01% Tween80 are added as protectants before lyophilization.

Store lyophilized at -20°C to -80°C for up to 1 year. Aliquot and store reconstituted at 4°C to 8°C for up to 1 week, or at -20°C for up to 3 months. Avoid freeze/thaw cycles.
