• Western blot (0.25 - 0.5 µg/ml)
• ELISA (1 - 2 µg/ml)

ELISA: In a sandwich ELISA (assuming 100 ul/well), a concentration of 1-2 ug/ml of this antibody will detect at least 800 pg/ml of recombinant human Eotaxin when used with biotinylated antigen affinity purified anti-human Eotaxin (LS-C104738) as the detection antibody at a concentration of approximately 0.5-1 ug/ml. Western Blot: To detect hNanog by Western Blot analysis this antibody can be used at a concentration of 0.1-0.2 ug/ml. Used in conjunction with compatible secondary reagents the detection limit for recombinant hNanog is 1.5-3 ng/lane, under either reducing or non-reducing conditions.
