Specificity
Recognizes human Inducible nitric oxide synthase (iNOS, NOS-II). No cross-reactivity with nNOS and eNOS by IHC. Reacts with human glia and certain neurons in Alzheimer's disease. Species cross-reactivity: Rat ~1%.
