This purified antibody was prepared from whole rabbit serum produced by repeated immunizations with full length recombinant human IL-7 protein.

This antibody will recognize both native and recombinant human IL-7 in cell supernatants and certain body fluids. A control of similarly diluted normal rabbit IgG is recommended.

• ELISA (1:10000 - 1:50000)

This purified antibody has been tested for use in ELISA and western blotting. By western blot a band approximately 17.4 kD in size corresponding to human IL-7 protein is expected in the appropriate cell lysate or extract. Specific conditions for reactivity should be optimized by the end user. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.

Lyophilized from 10 mg/mL BSA (Protease and Ig free), 0.02 M Potassium Phosphate, pH 7.2, 0.15 M NaCl, 0.01% Gentamicin. Do NOT add Sodium Azide

Reconstitute in 100 µL of deionized water.

Short term: store at 4°C. Long term: aliquot and store at -20°C. Avoid freeze-thaw cycles.
