Usage

Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry and Western Blot. Flow Cytometry: 50 ug/ml; 10 ul labels 1-2.5x10^5 cells in a total reaction volume 200ul. Tested on bEnd.3 cells. Western Blot: 0.1-0.2 ug/ml; The detection limit is ~0.5 ng/lane and 25 ng/lane under non-reducing and reducing conditions, respectively. Shows less than 1% cross-reactivity with recombinant human Thrombomodulin. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
